As in 2023, President’s Sunday was held on one of the hottest days of the year and so all were grateful for the multitude of gazebos that covered most of the garden at St. Bernard’s where the usual barbecue was held for around 50 Brothers, families and friends. This had been preceded by a great attendance at the 10.30 mass at OL&SP, where Brothers undertook most of the ministries (welcoming, reading, offertory etc) at the service. As always, huge thanks are due to all those who played their part in whatever way – from setting up on the Saturday, taking part in the service, clearing up etc. Particular thanks to John F and Pat (and others) on the barbecue itself and all those who provided the range of delicious salads and desserts.
