May’s meeting was significant as it included a few noteworthy events. As well as marking the change of President from John Don to Pat, it also saw Richard E join East Grinstead as a joint member (with Crawley). Perhaps most significantly, though, the meeting saw the presentation of 40 year scrolls to both Richard E and to Wladek. In Richard’s case, due his long-standing association with Crawley, it was felt appropriate that this should be presented by Crawley Secretary and Provincial Membership Officer, Mike. We congratulate Wladek and Richard on their outstanding service to the organisation.
