Following East Grinstead’s narrow victory in 2023, when this old rivalry was revived, Tandridge were keen for revenge in 2024. A beautiful summer’s evening outside was a perfect backdrop to the hospitality and friendly rivalry inside. Unlike in 2023, even numbers of 12 a side made calculating a winner easier – with the 215-199 victory going to…Tandridge! But East Grinstead’s Bill was the individual top scorer for either side, with 22 out of 30.
So with one victory each, there will be eager anticipation for a further rematch in 2025 to see which Circle can sneak ahead.
