Craft Beer Tasting – February 2022

Zoom once again came into its own by providing an ideal forum to sample a selection of beers without any concerns about driving home afterwards! Jim Nolan, owner of the Hairy Dog Brewery in Wivelsfield, joined much of the meeting to talk through the 5 (quite different) beers from his company and to explain some of the differences in the production processes – especially when it comes to lager where extra time is required, which accounts for the higher cost. Another thoroughly enjoyable evening. Thanks to Jim for his time – and to Frank for arranging the evening.
